Every person’s molecular structure is unique.
We all have believed that the U.S. health care system is “the best in the world.” We have always trusted our doctors and pharmacists. We have accepted the food pyramid even though it’s been revised again and again. I now believe that the body we were born with is still far more complex than even today’s scientific research can fathom. Drill any health care question down to its root cause with any doctor, researcher or specialist and, most of the time, you will eventually learn that they make educated guesses by the process of elimination. Why? Because every single person’s molecular structure is intrinsically unique. No two bodies are exactly alike, so what works for one, may not work for another.
I wish my children had come with instructions.
So if every single body is unique, how can we better diagnose and treat particular ailments or symptoms without relying on those “educated guesses.” Let’s begin by looking at this from a little different angle.
If you are a parent, I’m sure you’ve said, “I wish my children had come with instructions.” Don’t we all.
When my Dad passed away, one of the items I insisted I got from his office was my adoption papers. You see, when I was adopted, all proceedings were closed, so the birth parents were to have no contact with the adopting parents. So the few items of information I knew, was in those documents. One day as I reviewed these papers, I learned that I actually did come with instructions!! There was a typed page from the adoption agency to my adopted parents that described, in detail, my formula intake and schedule, how often I took naps, and even which side I liked to sleep on! Wow, they had provided detailed instructions of how to take care of me and even included my likes and dislikes.
The revelation that each body comes with an individual blueprint.
Most of us don’t know it, but each of our bodies came with its own set of instructions, specific to our own needs just like I did. The good news is that every single cell in our bodies have been created knowing how to read these “instructions” or blueprint, if you will.
We don’t necessarily need to have the ability to read the entire “blueprint” ourselves, because our cells carry out the instructions instinctively. Sometimes, we just need to learn how to step out of the way and allow our bodies do what they were already programmed to do. Other times, we need to listen to what our bodies are telling us they need such as water, oxygen, detoxification and other vital elements/processes that our bodies utilize for self-care and, when needed, to heal itself. When you cut yourself, think about the processes that take place as your body immediately begins to take steps to repair the damage done to the tissue. On a little higher level, think about what happens when you break a bone again, your body instantly begins the process of repairing the damaged bone, using all of its own resources.
